INSTRUCTIONS
Combine egg yolks and condensed milk and mix well. Add lime juice and blend
well. Turn mixture into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff, but
not dry. Gradually beat in sugar just until whites hold firm peaks. Swirl
onto pie, spreading to the edge of shell. Bake at 300 degrees until
meringue turns a pale honey color. Cool and refrigerate until ready to
serve.
