INGREDIENTS

Lambs kidneys, cleaned, cored and cubed |

Rashers of bacon, chopped (slices) |

(small) corriander leaves, chopped |

Buch (small) mint leaves, chopped |

Cloves garlic, chopped |

1/2-inch piece ginger, chopped |

Onion, minced or very finely chopped |

Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a little oil fry the onions until they start to brown. Add the
remaining ingredients other than the kidney. Fry for 5 minutes then add the
kidney, salt and pepper. Cook until done. Serve on either fried or toasted
bread.
