INGREDIENTS

Lambs kidneys, cleaned |

INSTRUCTIONS
In a little oil fry the onions until they start to brown. Add the
remaining ingredients other than the kidney. Fry for 5 minutes then
add the kidney, salt and pepper. Cook until done. Serve on either
