INSTRUCTIONS
Fry the onion, garlic and chillies gently until soft. Add the diced lamb
and the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the paprika and coriander, plus the water, and simmer for a further 20
minutes. Then add the okra and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve garnished with a sprinkling of parsley.
