INSTRUCTIONS
The Complete American-Jewish Cookbook, London & Bishov
Mix ingredients well. For small kishkes (suitable for 2- or 3-person
cholent) divide into four parts. Wrap well in parchment paper, twisting
ends securely. Cook one in cholent. Freeze the other three parts.
