INSTRUCTIONS
Peel kiwi. Reserve 4 slices for garnish and chop remaining fruit. In a
heavy skillet or wok, heat oil. Toss shrimp in flour and saut. 30 seconds.
Add Prosciutto, shallots and chili powder. Saut. another 30 seconds. Add
the chopped kiwi and saut. 30 seconds. Add wine and reduce by half . Serve
immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
