Ingredients: 5 Eggs; 1/2 lb Butter (no margarine!); 2 tb Sugar; 2 tb Milk; 1/4 ts Salt; 4 c Flour (or more); Sugar for sprinkling

INGREDIENTS

5		Eggs
1/2	lb	Butter (no margarine!)
2	tb	Sugar
2	tb	Milk
1/4	ts	Salt
4	c	Flour (or more)
		Sugar for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, salt, milk & flour. Mix well & knead dough.
Roll small amounts of dough (about walnut size) until paper thin. Fry in
deep fat until golden brown, drain on paper towel & sprinkle with sugar.
