INGREDIENTS

3 tb Butter
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ts Salt
1 lb Knockwurst; thickly sliced
2 Small onions; chopped
1 lb Cabbage; shredded
1/2 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in glass or ceramic casserole dish in the micro oven on the
highest setting. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add
the cabbage; salt and pepper and mix well. Lay the knockwurst slices on top
