INGREDIENTS

1 c Rice
4 oz Ground lamb or beef
1/2 c Ground walnuts
1/2 c Chopped parsley
2 lg Eggs, lightly beaten
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Ground mace
1 ts Grated nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt, about
Ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth
and tie securely.
2. Cook in dafina.
