| 4 | Eggs; beaten seperately | |
| 1 | c | Butter; melted and set aside |

| 1 | c | Flour; sifted |
| 1 | c | Potato starch flour; sifted |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla or a little more to taste |
| 1 | ts | Almond extract (if you want to) |
INSTRUCTIONS
