INGREDIENTS

16 oz Wide; flat noodles
2 Eggs; well beaten
2 lb Cottage cheese; small curd
8 oz Sour cream
1/2 c Raisins (more or less; to taste)
1 tb Cinnamon (to taste) (up to 2)
3 tb Butter or margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

While cooking noodles, mix all other ingredients together. When noodles are
just done, drain. Mix in 3 T butter or margarine, then combine and mix all
ingredients thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 3 baking dish, and bake at 350F oven for
approximately 1 hour or until top is well browned and slightly crisp.
