INGREDIENTS

| 1 | t | Baking soda |

INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together meal, soda and salt. Break egg into dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, stirring to blend. Batter should be thin. Bake in small cakes on hot, greased griddle.
