INSTRUCTIONS
In bowl combine lamb, spices and mix well shape into two oval 1/2"
thick patties. Place patties on rack in broiler and broil till no
longer pink 8-10 minutes..turn once. Cut into thin slices (carve>)
Place equal amounts of lamb, tomatoes and onion in each pita half and
