INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean ground lamb
2/3 c Soft bread crumbs
1/3 c Dry red wine
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Dried rosemary leaves
crushed
2 Cloves garlic, finely
chopped
Fresh Mint Sauce below

INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick
cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except Fresh Mint Sauce. Shape  lamb
mixture into 4 patties, each about I inch thick. Place patties  on rack
in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches  from heat 5  to 7
minutes on each side for medium or until desired doneness. Serve  with
Fresh Mint Sauce. Microwave Directions: Mix all ingredients  except
Fresh Mint Sauce. Shape lamb mixture into 4 patties, each  about l inch
thick. Place patties on microwavable rack in  microwavable dish. Cover
with vented plastic wrap and microwave on  high 6 to 7 minutes,
rotating dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes, until  patties are almost done.
Let stand covered 3 minutes. Serve with Fresh Mint Sauce.  4 servings.
