INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground sirloin
1 T Butter
3 8 oz tomato sauce
12 oz Wide lasagna noodles
1 1/2 c Cottage cheese
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Sour cream
1/3 c Chopped green pepper
1/2 c Chopped green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground sirloin in butter in skillet, stirring until crumbly;
drain. Stir in tomato sauce. Cook noodles according to package
directions. Combine cheese, sour cream and vegetables in bowl; mix
well. Layer noodles and cottage cheese mixture half at a time in  9x13"
baking dish. Pour beef mixture over layers. Bake at 350 F. for  30
