INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed
with non-stick cooking spray. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer 7-8
minutes. In large bowl combine green pepper, cottage cheese, cream cheese
and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.
Spray large casserole dish (9x13-inch) with non-stick cooking spray. Cover
bottom with pasta. Add a layer of meat mixture. Pour cottage cheese mixture
for next layer and top with shredded fat free cheese.Bake uncovered at 350
degrees for 30-40 minutes. Entire recipe makes 8 servings.
