INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 sm Clove of garlic
1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tb Parsley
1/2 ts Oregano
8 oz Spaghetti; cooked & drained
2 c Cottage cheese
8 oz Mozzarella cheese; sliced
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, onion, garlic and drain fat. Stir
in tomato sauce, parsley, oregano. In a 8X12-inch shallow pan, layer
spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and finally top with
Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. busted by sooz
