1/3 c Cornstarch
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Water; divided
3 Eggs
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 ts Lemon extract

Source: Taste of Home Magazine, Recipe by: Sue Klapper Cut butter into
flour until crumbly. Stir in pecans.  Beat cream cheese and confectioners
sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped top Cool Spread over cream cheese
layer. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
