INGREDIENTS

1 Head lettuce, finely chpd
2 c Celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c Green onions, thinly sliced
1 8 oz Cn sliced water
chestnuts
1 20 oz Pkg petite peas
1 1/2 c Mayo
1 t Seasoned salt
1 T Sugar
Garlic powder
1/2 c Parmesan
1 lb Bacon, cooked crumbled
3 Hard cooked eggs, to 4

INSTRUCTIONS

Layer first 6 ingreds in order given. Over mayo, sprinkle seasoned
salt, sugar, garlic powder and Parmesan. Cover; chill well (better
OVERNIGHT). Before serving, add bacon and garnish with eggs.
