INSTRUCTIONS
In small bowl, combine salsa, sugar and chili powder; mix well.
Arrange salad greens in 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon
salsa mixture evenly over greens. Top with spoonfuls of sour cream.
