INSTRUCTIONS
Set oven to broil, 550~. Pour salad dressing into shallow dish. Cut chicken
into serving size pieces. Add to the salad dressing and let it marinate for
at least 5 mins on each side. Place crushed potato chips on a plate or wax
paper. Add parmesean cheese to chips and mix. Take chicken out of dressing
and coat with chips and cheese mixture. Place on broiler pan or cookie
sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat for approx 5 mins, then turn. Broil another
