INSTRUCTIONS
quarter a lemon & shove it into the chicken cavity with the juice side out. Mix lemon juice, honey, and tarragon and use to paint the chicken while it's roasting. Roast 350F until done [usual time for a whole chicken] painting w/mix whenever you feel the urge.
