INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in large skillet.
Stir in flour, cook 1 minute.
Pour in warm milk gradually, stirring constantly until smooth and thick.
Season to taste.
Stir in mushrooms, simmer gently until cooked.
Makes 3/4 pint
