INSTRUCTIONS
Combine potatoes, lard, sugar, cream and salt. Add flour. Roll out dough as
thin as possible. Bake lefse on griddle ore electric fry pan at 400
degrees. Turn frequently. Don't grease pan. Place lefse between cloths or
waxed paper to keep moist. Cut each lefse in halves or fourths. Roll up.
Serving Ideas : butter or butter & sugar & cinnamon
