INGREDIENTS

2 lb Potatoes; fresh
1 tb Butter
3 tb Milk
1/4 c Flour
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Run potatoes through food grinder. Heat butter and milk, pour over
potatoes. Cool mixture enough to handle, add enough flour to make soft
dough. Roll out a small amount at a time into very thin circles. Heat a
heavy skillet very hot. Do not grease. Fry circles on each side. Serve hot
with butter or jelly.
