INGREDIENTS

1 Fresh chow mein noodles
350 g
2 T Olive oil
3 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Cayenne
1/4 t Black pepper
2 c Thinly sliced mushrooms
2 c Thinly sliced celery
1/4 c Snipped chives or sliced
green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain. Whisk  together
oil lemon juice and seasonings. Stir into noodles. Add  remaining
ingredients and serve. Makes about 8 cups.  Source: Chatelaine
