INGREDIENTS
| Chicken breast; split | ||
| 1 1/4 | c | Catsup |
| 1 | cn | Frozen lemonade; thawed, undiluted, (6 oz.) |
| 3/4 | c | Water |
| 1/4 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 | c | Prepared mustard |
| 1/4 | c | Corn oil |
| 2 | tb | Instant minced onion |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together catsup, lemonade, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, corn oil and onion. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Place chicken over hot coals on grill, skin side up, about 8" from heat. Cook, basting frequently and turning several times, about 25-30 minutes, or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
