INGREDIENTS

1 pk Sweetened lemon flavored gelatin
12 Marshmallows, diced
4 Crushed macaroons
1 c Whipped cream
12 Maraschino cherries, well drained
2 c Boiling water
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped, blanched almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.  Cool until partially set. Beat until
light and fluffy.  Add nuts, marshmallows, cherries, sugar, salt, and
macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into mold.
Chill.  8 servings.
