INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 ts Lemon Rind; Grated
1/2 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small bowl blend all ingredients. 2. Shape into square and chill.
3. When ready to serve, cut into slices.
NOTES : variations: Lemon Parsley butter: Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley to
lemon butter. Lemon Caper Butter: Stir 2 tablespoons chopped drained capers
into the lemon butter.
