INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, lemon
peel, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Stir together flour and salt;
gradually add to creamed mixture. Using a cookie press, shape into
designs on ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake
at 400~ for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges.
