INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Lemon juice
6 Egg yolks; beaten
1/2 c Flour, all-purpose
1 c Water; heated
1/2 Stick butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix sugar and flour; add lemon juice and mix until smooth.  Add eggs and
mix well.  Add hot water gradually and cook until smooth and thick over low
heat - stir with a wooden spoon.  Add butter and beat until ready to
spread.
