INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a 10-inch square, heat-resistant, non metallic baking dish, place
chicken, bone side down. Pour 1/4 cup lemon juice over chicken. 2. Heat,
covered, in Microwave Oven 15 minutes. 3. Turn chicken over and add
remaining lemon juice and seasonings to chicken. 4. Heat, covered, in
Microwave Oven an additional 12 minutes or until chicken is tender.
