Halves chicken breast; no skin, no bone, R-T-C |

INSTRUCTIONS
MARINADE
CHICKEN
Combine marinade ingredients. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and marinate
for 8 hours. Remove chicken from marinade, and dredge in flour. Heat 1 1/2
inches of oil to 350°. Fry for one minute on each side until golden. Drain
on paper towels. Serve with honey or barbeque sauce.
*Serves about 8 to 10 as an appetizer/hors d'oevre, or 4 as a main dish.
