INGREDIENTS

2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Ginger marmalade
2 tb Finely chopped fresh coriander
2 ts Wholegrain mustard
1 ts Chopped chilli

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place oil, lemon juice, marmalade, coriander, mustard and chilli in a
bowl and mix to combine. 2. Brush glaze over meat, chicken or fish and
grill, barbecue, pan cook or bake. Uses: For a quick meal with a
difference, place a piece of fish in aluminum foil, spoon over some glaze,
dot with butter, enclose and bake or grill.
