INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Lemon juice
1 tb Corn-starch
1 c Hot water
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Brown sugar
1/3 c Coconut
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, salt, and corn-starch.  Add water slowly, stirring
constantly.  Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, 15 minutes. Add
lemon juice and coconut.
