Lemon, juice and grated rind (oranges may be substituted) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all in double boiler. Cook until thick and creamy (about 15-20
minutes), stirring frequently, more frequently as it thickens. Water
in double boiler should be simmering and should not touch bottom of
top pan.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
