INGREDIENTS

15 Ryvita Snackbread, finely crushed
2 tb Grated lemon rind
4 ts Dried whole dillweed
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR LEMON-DILL COATING: Combine all ingredients in large zip-top heavy-duty
plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well.
Store tightly sealed in refrigerator; shake well before each use. Yield: 2
cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
NOTES : Use coating mix for fish or chicken.
