INGREDIENTS

2 Boneless beef top loin
steaks cut 1 inch thick
approx. 1 pound
Salt
1 Clov garlic, crushed
1 t Grated lemon peel
1/2 t Dried thyme leaves
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients; press into both sides  of
beef steaks. 2.Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals.
Grill uncovered 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness,
turning occasionally. 3.Trim fat from steaks. Carve steaks crosswise
into thick slices; season with salt, as desired, and serve with
