INGREDIENTS

2 c Boiling water
1 c Sugar
2 tb Grated lemon rind
1/3 c Fresh lemon juice
1 ds Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, stirr well. Let cool to room temperature. Pour
into a 8-inch square baking dish; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours. Bread
frozen mixture into chumks. Place chunks in food processor; process until
smooth.
