Grated rind of 1 lemon |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, and 1/4 c.
10X sugar. Pat dough into bottom of 9" square cake pan. Bake in preheated
oven 15 minutes. Cool. Combine lemon juice, rind, eggs, granulated sugar, 2
Tbsp. flour, and baking powder. Spread over baked crust, and return to oven
for 25 minutes. Cool. Make frosting by combining remaining 10X sugar with 1
Tbsp. butter, vanilla, and milk. Spread over baked mixture and cut into 32
bars.
