INGREDIENTS

1 c Bottled mayonnaise
1 ts Freshly grated lemon zest
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Minced fresh dill
1/2 ts Coarsely ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the zest, the lemon juice, the
dill, and the pepper. Serve the sauce with cooked asparagus or other
vegetables or as a dip with crudites.
Makes about 1 cup.
