INGREDIENTS
| 2 1/2 | c | Bisquick® baking mix |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 1/8 | ts | Ground nutmeg |
| 1/3 | c | Butter; softened |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 | c | Milk |
| 1 | tb | Lemon peel; grated |
| 1/2 | c | Powdered sugar |
| 1 | tb | Lemon juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
GLAZE Heat oven to 350F degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3". Beat all ingredients except lemon peel and glaze on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in lemon peel. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack; cool completely. Drizzle with glaze. For glaze beat powdered sugar and lemon juice with spoon until smooth.
