1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ts Grated lemon peel
1/8 ts Ground black pepper; (up to 1/4)
2 c Chicken broth
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine rice, margarine, garlic, lemon peel, pepper and broth in 2 to
3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir once or twice.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and
liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley. Serve hot as a side dish.
