INGREDIENTS

1 c Sugar
2 tb Corn starch
1 1/2 c Hot water
1/2 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Butter; cut in small pieces
Grated rind of one lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small pan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, hot water and
lemon juice. Bring to a gentle boil, add butter and lemon rind, stirring
until dissolved.
