Name: Lemon Snowdrops
Ingredients: 1 c Butter; 1/2 c Confectioners sugar; 1 ts Lemon extract; 2 c Flour; 1/4 ts Salt; Lemon Butter Filling

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Butter
1/2	c	Confectioners sugar
1	ts	Lemon extract
2	c	Flour
1/4	ts	Salt
		Lemon Butter Filling

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 400. Cream butter & sugar. Add extact, flour & salt; mix
well. Measure level teaspoonfuls of dough; round into balls & flatten
slightly. Place 1" apart on ungreased sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool.
Put together with Lemon Butter Filling. Roll in confectioners sugar.
