INGREDIENTS

1 pk Lemon cake mix
1 pk (small) lemon pudding mix
4 lg Eggs
1 c Water, plus
1 tb Water
1/3 c Cooking oil
1 cn (6 oz) lemonde concentrate, thawed (when I made it I used twice the lemonade and powdered sugar called for)
2 c Powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cake and pudding mix. Add all other ingredients, except lemonade and
sugar. Mix well. Bake at 350 in greased pan 40 min. Do not overbake. Punch
cake with fork all over. mix lemonade and powdered sugar. Pour over cake.
Put back in oven 5 minutes. Do not frost. Serve from pan. Enjoy! Posted to
