INSTRUCTIONS
With serrated knife, cut frozen fish into 4 serving size pieces. Arrange in
Pam sprayed 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with
foil. Bake at 450 F. for 25 minutes or cover with plastic and Microwave on
High for 6-7 minutes. Meanwhile combine tomato, zucchini, lemon peel and
seasonings. Spoon over fish. Can dot with butter. Bake, covered for 8-10
minutes longer or Microwave for 5 mins. more. MC formatting and posted on
