INGREDIENTS

1 c Bbq sauce (bottled or
Homemade)
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Grated lemon rind
1/2 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped onion
2 tb Minced parsley
1/3 c Dry bread crumbs
1 Cleaned dressed trout (2-3
Lb)
1/3 c Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine bbq sauce, lemon juice & lemon rind; mix well. Saute'
vegetables in butter; add crumbs & 2 Tbls. bbq mixture. Rinse & dry
fish. Fill cavity with vegetable stuffing; tightly secure opening. To
cook outdoors, place fish on greased grill 5-7" from hot coals
(glowing); brush with bbq mixture. Grill 10 minutes. Turn & brush
with sauce; grill additional 10 minutes. To cook indoors, place fish
in greased baking dish; brush with bbq sauce & bake on 425 oven for
20-25 minutes, brushing often with bbq sauce.
