INGREDIENTS

2 c Cooked brown rice
3 c Cooked lentils
1 c Quick oatmeal; (uncooked)
Cooking spray
1/2 Green pepper; chopped
1/2 lg Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced, (optional), up to 3
6 Fresh basil leaves; chopped, up to 8
1 ts Salt or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

(this makes a lot.)
Mix first 3 ingredients tother. Lightly psray skillet with cooking spray
and saute green pepper and onion until soft, about 5 minutes or so. Mix
into lentil rice comboination and form into patties. Saute in a nonstick
skillet lightly coated with cooking spray. Brown and serve with catsup, BBQ
sauce or following recipe for tomato-vegt sauce.
