INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Celery, chopped
3/4 c Onion, chopped
1/4 c Butter
6 c Water
3/4 c Lentils, washed
32 oz Tomatoes, canned
3/4 c Brown rice
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/2 t Rosemary
1/2 t Garlic salt
1/2 c Carrots, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute celery and onion in butter in a large pan. Add water and
lentils, cook 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, brown rice, salt, pepper,
rosemary and garlic salt. Simmer 50 to 60 minutes. Add carrots. Cook  5
